All sports bets are subject to ebobet's official sports betting rules and the specific rules of each betting market. In case of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the market rules. For live in-play betting, ebobet reserves the right to suspend betting, reject bets, or void bets if there are clear errors in odds or market descriptions. Asian handicap bets, over/under bets, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets follow standard market rules as displayed on the Website.
All casino games including slots, table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette), live dealer games, and specialty games are subject to their individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual results will vary. Progressive jackpot games may have lower base game RTP because a portion of each bet contributes to the jackpot pool.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via email or live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account after verification, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without approval from ebobet management. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before inactive account fees are applied. To avoid inactive fees, simply log in to your Account at least once every 12 months.
ebobet provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or Services. ebobet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our maximum liability to any User is limited to the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the claim.
If you have a dispute or complaint regarding ebobet services, you must first contact our customer support team within 14 days of the disputed event.
